Ravenswood Rigid1 LLC, “RR1” was established in Egypt in 2016 to act on behalf of our co-partners in
achieving the global goals of reaching our clients from Middle East to make them enjoy high standards of
smart financial solutions for their business plans. We target various sectors of business and clients. RR1
area is quite concentrating on mega transactions rather than small ones. As a member of The Ravenswood
Group (“TRG”), which is a group of over 40 multi-national companies in various business sectors, we
promote TRG’s efforts from Egypt and the GCC region; we also support two sister companies: Rigid1
Projects LLC and Ravenswood Albania Egypt LLC.
The specific aims of RR1 are:
