Mr. Gustin began his career in
the US Marine Corps, with
primary role as Jet Fighter Pilot,
Test Pilot, and Advanced Tactics
Instructor; he held numerous
supervisory and administrative
positions. He then achieved
abundant accomplishments in
the aerospace and defense
sectors, saving hundreds of millions for both with his
innovative solution for many projects. Thereafter, Mr.
Gustin, enjoyed more than 30 years of successful business
endeavors in the commercial sector with emphases on
technology, corporate development and forming capital
relations with the financial community. His unique technical
background, coupled with his ability to analyze, describe
and utilize new technologies, has provided several
investment firms with the necessary insight in their due
diligence process. His personal technical, financial and
management experiences have often proved invaluable to
his clients; he has been engaged by several governments
worldwide and numerous firms to assist in various
segments of Corporate Growth for both start-up and mature
organizations. He proudly serves as president for many of
TRG’s subsidiaries and affiliates, including Lone Star
International, Central Sun, Ravenswood Rigid 1, Essential
Building Group, OPEX Energy, Dibaq, etc.

Tariq has been serving in some
local entities in the Arab Gulf
Countries “GCC” since was
graduated from Ain Shams
University (Cairo – Egypt) in
1980 as a civil Engineer till 2001. Since 1993 till now he is
specialized in corporate financial services and business
promotion planning.

He is proficiently qualified in
Business Administration (MBA),
Mechanical Engineering
(Masters), Project Management
(PMP), Cost Engineering (CCP).
He has served in the private and government entities of
Canada and UAE. Dinesh has forged alliances and
strategic partnerships and is well versed with the industry
insights, commercial awareness and market dynamics. As
the Regional Manager, he has provided diverse services in
several sectors including but not limited to Maritime,
Energy, Engineering, EPC, Mining, Oil & Gas and being
global funding partner. Dinesh is a sportsperson and has
created new National Records, won various gold, silver
and bronze medals. He also served as a Technical Official
in National Games. Dinesh’s professional memberships
include: Institute of Marine Engineering, Science &
Technology – UK & UAE. AACE International (The Authority
for Total Cost Management) – USA & UAE. The Nautical
Institute – Canada, UK & UAE. Project Management
Institute – Canada, USA & UAE. PMI Khaleeji Chapter –
